It would have been more efficient if one of them had opened another till to assist her.”

“Wanted to share the great customer service we had in store yesterday (14/12/24). A lovely assistant took our enquiry about ear piercing and arranged an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time that same day. Nazia pierced her ears, she took her time to explain everything to my daughter and make sure she was happy with the placement. She was so kind and reassuring. There wasn’t too much choice of earrings but these are only temporary and I had to buy the solution which was expensive but part of the Ts and Cs. After being let down today by another jeweller my daughter is thrilled. Thanks again.”

“I don’t really write reviews unless I have such a great experience and this might sound silly but it made my day 10x better. The ladies who were working in the pharmacy department of the store on 4/11/24 at about 12:30pm were absolutely AMAZING. I was having a pretty awful 24 hours and then this was the cherry on the cake- I needed help with something that was causing me pain and discomfort and I was crying (sorry)- the receptionist was so kind and efficient and got me a consultation super quick, the consultant who helped me was so quick and so straight forward and I was given the right prescription I needed almost at an instant! Honestly the girls were a godsend and you have no idea how much I appreciate them, thank you <3”
