“I had my hair cut by Isabelle on Saturday and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her or the salon enough. The whole place has a really nice and relaxed vibe, and all the staff who were in seemed lovely.

Isabelle took so much care and attention with my hair and explained everything she did as she was doing it - I was having quite a lot of length off so it was really reassuring understanding the process a bit more. I also have trouble with my neck and can find hair washes really uncomfortable but she gave me plenty of breaks and was checking in with me the whole time. The only thing that would be nice would be a cushion around the edge of the sink!

I left the salon with the best haircut I think I’ve ever had, and I’m sure it’s down to the fact she took so much time and attention making sure she was doing what I wanted and that I was happy the whole time. Thank you!”

“Went to A&E salon for a last min fringe trim, I always have trouble with hairdressers not doing the right thing and leaving me feeling annoyed because it’s not what I wanted. “After a bad experience in another salon I came in to charisma to ask for some advice , Becky made time for me , put me at ease straightaway and together with another stylist called Kelly they came up with a plan to fix it , I was able to book an appointment within a couple of days . I was so nervous that morning but I'm so glad I put my trust in these lovely ladies , Kelly applied the most amazing colour and Becky cut it to perfection! My hair was a scraggly frizzy long mess and she cut it into a lovely swingy manageable bob for me so i can still have it blow dried either smooth or scrunched.so happy feels so much better! “to post a comment, I've been 3 times and each time it was NATALIYA wass a lot professional, with bad comments, I don't agree, I didn't feel anything bad, everything was professional, she waxed without pain and everything is careful and clean, if you want to wax, I guarantee this is the best so far, of course it always will find someone finds it uncultured that something bothers them, but if I give it a rating of 10/10 I have been working as a Chef for 35 years and I know what hygiene is, but the room is very clean and I do not agree with the bad comments respect for this lady NATALIYA and her professionalism..”

“Right on the triangle this salon offers a lot more than meets the eye. When you walk in you are struck by how confined and noisy it is - being next to a main road. However, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who led me upstairs. It is such a contrast from the pokey minimalist front room with whitewashed walls. I walked into what felt like a Parisian boudoir, lots of ambiance, chandeliers and luxury. You knew you were in for a treat. I had a head and shoulder massage while my girlfriend had a facial. My girlfriend said that the facial left her refreshed and revitalised. My massage was amazing, I left feeling relaxed and energised and my masseuse put me at my ease but did not try and talk or make inane chit chat, I could just lie there and unwind. Do not judge this salon by it's appearance, go there and enjoy.”
