After over a 10hr drive to stop to get fuel to carry on another 6 hours I was very disappointed to have been spoken to in a very disrespectful manner. The man behind the window was extremely rude and abrupt with myself when I went to pay for fuel and ask if it was possible to get a Costa coffee. He literally moaned to me... read full comment
