Very convenient to have an EE branch in East St. I went in when my new phone appeared to have no sound and the staff were very attentive and helpful in problem solving. I would certainly go there again for support or new products.

The staff and shop are fine but EE are the worst network in the country. Their call centre staff are absolutely awful. Take your business to a firm that deserves it.

From the moment myself and my family walked into the shop we were made to feel welcome, by a lovely lady named Emily. Great customer service from her and awesome with my little girl. Upgrade all sorted and returned to the shop to pick up my phone after transferring pictures etc. Hope you liked the flowers from my little one aged 4. Emily is a credit to the store 5+ stars for her
