Very unhelpful staff. Told me they could fix my phone under warranty. Went to 3 ee stores to turn up today and say it's NOT under warranty. Staff member I dealt with didn't care. Not even "I'm sorry, sir". Useless

Incredible customer service from the wonderful team manning the mobile unit while the Bristol Cabot Circus store is being refitted. Dealt with a stolen phone (retrieved but without SIM card) issue swiftly and efficiently so that I?m back up & running with my same number. Couldn?t have wished for a better experience. Thank you so much.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Signed up for long term contract without fully understanding what I was signing up for. (Was having mental health breakdown). Went to speak to manager with family member within 14 days cooling off. Treated us like scum. Made us wait nearly three hours to tell us there was nothing they could do when clearly they could. Now complaining to head office and other agencies as I shouldn't been given a contract in the state I was in. Aggressive, unhelpful and only there to rip you off. Avoid this shop and EE at all costs. Very upsetting experience for both me and Mum considering I am now in two years contract and will end up in debt.

I booked an appointment for same day repair as my screen has a cracked on it .It's not under warranty or insurance so was willing to pay to have it fixed. The website says 2 hour repair. However soon as I walked in , they wanted to check my account . They tried hard Saling me to upgrade my Internet, and then told me my phone would take 4 days to fix the screen . When I said no, try upsaling me.on a new contract. When I said no, he seemed annoyed as he had wasted his time..I then asked to.update my details on EE , to which he told me I have to contact customer services.however when I walked round to the other EE store , he did it for me there and then.This store is unfriendly and rude, no customer service

Disgusting customer service with very arrogant male staff. Treated us worse than a trash. I hope your shop goes bankrupt loser!! Learn to treat people with respect!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The store put me on an internet only sim by accident with calls and texts, I called the customer service line and they told me to go into the store I took out the contract with. I was served by a lad with bleach blonde hair who literally couldn?t of cared less and just told me I needed to call the customer service line?..I explained the very obvious point of this exact store selling me an internet sim with no ability to make calls, so how was I supposed to call the customer service line? - his answer was ?you?ll have to find a landline?. After a bit of back and fourth he walked off to serve someone else. I popped into the east street store today and the staff were excellent and sorted it out in 10 minutes.

Swifts service but they didn't help me in person they just flogged me off to the call in service . I had an issue that I think would have been better handled in person . Been with EE years now

Would give no stars if I could, had a fault my my phone which was still under warranty and was told this was my nearest repair centre by Google. I've been with EE for years, from the minute I walked into the store they tried convincing me to early upgrade my phone instead of repairing, that my phone could not be repaired the same day as they were not willing to hold the phone for a week until I could collect, the phone wasn't eligible for repair because it appeared to have drop damage (one small scuff in the corner) and that the phone was no longer under warranty and I would be charged £110 for the repair! (Despite knowing for a fact that the warranty still has 2 months remaining and the fault was covered) They were clearly more interested in making more money out of me even thought the device I took out through them was faulty. Went to iSmash next door and they had the warranty repair done in 2 hours with no fuss, safe to say I'll be letting my contract run its course and never use EE again.

I hope there?s no star to choose. Don?t trust the sales here!!!I checked sim plan on 21/6 and Sales Sophie presented different options to us. I said I need to reconsider. Then my nightmare started. She then asked us about our EE home Broadland services. And highly recommended us to shift the plan from EE to BT. I worried that our current contract not finish yet. Then she checked on her lab top and showed us our contract is finished on May, and convinced us the monthly plan from BT is cheaper, no worries about the early cancellation even EE claim on you ( and she showed us again the information on her lap top, contract is finished). And BT have buy in plan to cover this cost.However, it was not the case, EE finally claimed us 2 and half months early cancellation charges (more than 90£)We called EE customer service who let us to recheck with store. Of course, they denied everything and told us BT and EE in the same business group, no buy in plan. Dismay, angry and frustrated because the sales and Manager asked: do you have any proof? Their attitude were there is nothing we can do as you have no proof.Please be careful, remember to record your conversations, take photos of what they showed you, don?t sign anything immediately according to what they they said until you have triple checked your contract upon your research if you still want to use EE serviceBut, I definitely will not return to this store ever.

I called in to the EE shop to enquire about having EE broadband and mobile network. They were that helpful and professional and just like like I'd signed up for a new package for broadband and mobile network. And a very good deal. Very glad I called in there. Excellent service ?

Had supported a colleague to cancel their account. Staff were very supportive of her plight. They allowed her a phone call to the head office in order for the cancellation to take place. She was pleased with her result.

Worst Network Carrrier provider. When it suit them they will offer you the best deals ever. When you are the interested party, it's completely another different story. Bloody salesman/woman .....
