Older lady serving (Weds 27 Feb, 11.30ish) was so unhelpful, bordering on rude. Tried to ask a couple of questions, and she really didn't want to engage at all. I asked if I can buy a tester sample, she said no - didn't even tell me I can buy online (if not available in store). I guess the are only interested in trade customers rather than private but I was in there choosing colours for a huge paint job, which I'll now buy elsewhere. Terrible experience.

Great range of paints plus a mixing service. Also a large assortment of all types of decorating equipment. Only draw back is limited parking.
