I was assured by curries that my delivery would be made by 6pm latest. It did not arrive until after 7pm. I cannot recommend this as a service. I have however given 2 stars because the delivery driver was so lovely

Be careful. If you buy something from Currys take it home and open the box they won't accept it back if you're unhappy....

Nice to see a little tech store, you don't see them very often! Great place to pick up something when you're out and about or commuting.Customer service was great!

Setting new standards of terrible customer service. Webchat/phone line an utter waste of time. Very inflexible service and attitude to replacing a faulty, in-warranty product. It?s a wonder they are still in business.

F'ing useless. Cheaper to buy online than in store, they don't even stock thermal paste, and in spite of having another product in store I have to wait for 4 days to collect because I paid online. Only reason they get 2 stars is because the staff were alright. Don't use curry's - I Love My PC on Gloucester Road is far better.

Quite strange (and nice) to see a main street Currys again, after PC World closed them all after merging.Looks rather likes old familiar Currys, but without the white goods. Hope it survives the competition, nice to have a bit more choice.

Small branch within the Cabots complex. It has a full range of electronic goods with the latest tech. They also promise not to be beaten on price. The staff seem pretty knowledgeable about the goods on sale and aer only too willing to help.

I did a click and collect purchase via the website, turned up to the store and they had no record of my order. Useless customer service, as I was told to ring the customer service team, with no offer to ring on my behalf to resolve despite having a receipt, and a notification stating the delivery was ready to collect.Had to go through the normal number, waiting for 20 minutes after pressing at least 5 keypad options.After 10 minutes of conversation, was cut off, and had to go through the whole nightmare again. Why couldn't you just ring me back??? Shocking.To cap it off, went via the webchat system, who eventually said the store would be in touch within 24 hours. Well guess what, 24 hours has passed and no email or phone call.What a sorry way to treat a customer after they've spent good money at your store. Next time, if there's an option between Amazon and Currys, I will hold my nose and choose Bezos because Currys don't deserve anyone's custom.

I got the charger cable that I needed with no problems. I find it a good place to pick up online orders for more expensive items that I want to be certain will not go astray in their delivery. Its prices are not usually the lowest but they are close and advice is available if you are unsure what you need.

Went into bristol to buy a phone, but of course they never have any in stock, so purchased a gift certificate and bought the phone online instead.

Waited in the computer deptat Currys, longwell green for 15 mins to get someone's attention, managed to speak to only one person who hurried by saying "sorry there's only two of us". Eventually got one man's attention who said " sorry I'm only mobiles". I left feeling pretty fed up but £300 better off and bought a product at a friendly argos for almost half the price I was willing to pay.

Ordered online to pick up here. Birthday present for someone..Order now does not exist and I have to wait upto 14 days for my money to be refunded so I can buy the item again.So the present will now be 14 days late.I have order confirmation email with oresr number yet I can't pick the order up as it now does not exist on their system

Bunch of people who have no clue what they are saying or doing! Need to be re-trained in customer service and educated about the actual curry?s store! Been told many different things when it came to waiting for my iPad which curry?s originally sold me damaged. Was told three days to receive a new one, then one week, now they said ten days!

Great service, had a chap called Gus that served me on a phone I had bought click and collect. I found the phone cheaper elsewhere and due to the price promise, he checked, agreed and refunded me the difference.... Easy as, and was a pleasure to help me!
