When we recently visited your Keynsham cafe. I was very disappointed to have to request our cup to be cleaned or replaced, as it was dirty. The staff member cleaned it with a dirty cloth. The Teapot and saucer were also far from clean. Can I ask what your hygiene rating is? The coffee as always tasted very nice. Thank you
