Food took ages had a autistic child who did not understand why it took so long. People and children with disabilities should be put to the front of the queue and people without disabilities should understand this !

Went for family meal for boxing day. Absolutely dreadful. Staff were miserable. Service was slow and drinks where not even right. Beer tastes like the pipes needed cleaning.. asked one of the staff a question. Replied . I don't know do I. ... To me that terrible customer service.
