average Asda but they close before closing time. I just walked 20 minutes to grab some snacks for the evening and they're closed (13 minutes sooner than they advertise) rendering my journey here pointless. other customers were also outside wondering why it is shut.

Not open at 5:00am as advertised. It's Christmas Eve, what time do you even open? I'm up early to shop!!!! It's now 5:47am and your shutters are still down. Thats probably about 40 people already pissed off.

The store just keeps closing earlier and earlier. Used to be open until midnight, then that reduced to 10pm. Now on a Saturday they decide to shut at 9:30pm and several people are wanting to do their shopping. Oh well Tescos it is!

Tried to return an item of clothing in perfect condition with tags and hanger still on - it basically just sat in the bag for a couple days until I changed my mind - granted I didn't have the receipt. However, waited 20 minutes in a tiny queue while all the staff walked around us not interacting with any customers before someone decided to actually start serving us. Then got told that they wouldn't refund me/store credit because the manager said they aren't doing that any more... what? There was an insinuation that because I didn't have the receipt I must have stolen it. Ended up going to the Asda in Longwell Green and immediately got store credit to use which was all I wanted anyway and immediately spent in the shop anyway. Bearing in mind it's the lead up to Christmas and I was lucky to be in a situation where I could just go to a different Asda where they don't treat their customers like thieves.
Not to mention their food is always gone off and nothing is ever stocked up. I've started to avoid it as much as I can there

Absolute mess, I ordered a shop off of Uber eats from here and waited 2.5 hours and it kept updating the time and saying your order is being processed, so I actually took a drive down there myself (I'm injured) which is why I ordered in the first place. Anyway I get there and walk around the entire store, not one home shopper in sight! Not one! The lady at the kiosk was very kind and helpful to us. But now I actually know why people get so aggravated, I mean I've heard staff say they get treated bad by customers, but if you too don't do the work you're paid to do and give customers the satisfaction they need and want, then what do you expect. The person from home shopping was on the phone to the lady at the kiosk Mike was his name. Didn't even come look for us to see what was wrong, and then there's other staff just doing nothing, hanging around like Sunday morning. If this is where you do your shopping then fine but I do appeal to everyone in saying DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET THEM TO DELIVER. You will sit all day and night while they chill outside and smoke their weed and cigarettes or talk crap in the back. Worst experience ever. Honestly. Wake up! Do better!

Terrible service from delivery people (Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat), they make us wait, they sing, they talk, we wait a long time to collect the orders. A messy place with no management.
