The most unprofessional pharmacy that takes 4 lunch breaks a day. Staff rude and understanding and take a week to do your prescriptions. I would advise anyone to avoid this pharmacy.

These folks get SO busy and I really feel for them, particularly when they are one or two people down. Abby is a total legend and has helped our family so much over the years. Thanks for all your help and patience!

One person in the queue. I required a private consultation and was given one immediately.Moses provided a very informative consultation and clarified everything whilst offering solutions to the problems I was having.Other staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Yes there is always a huge queue but the staff are always lovely and are doing the best they can - it?s the lack of additional help for them that is the issue

Slow but they're doing the best they can. More angry that Asda doesn't provide a proper waiting area and a queue system.

Yes, the queues can be frustrating and service can be slow at times but I have found the staff there to be friendly and to be honest, just trying to do their best.

There is a British lady with glasses who was unable to offer a transparent and honest service, playing the victim and stating the unhappy customer who is politely giving negative feedback was attacking her personally. Of course that was not true. She refused to give her name, but she is a chubby lady in her late 20s or early 30s, dark straight hair and glasses. If she is at the counter when you are going to get your prescription please run away as far as you can. She was rude, stated I was rude when I was just complaining and then told me to leave. They offer services to NHS patients yet they refuse to give their names. The rest of her colleagues have a badge with their names on. Not to mention the complaints were actually valid, the service has deteriorated over the last couple years. They need more days each time to actually give you a single box of medicines. Absolutely shameful display from this lady.Actually, her name is Sussie, it showed up on the prescription she extended so that we could get it from a different pharmacy, because that is all we wanted since they were not able to get our prescription wihin 6 days...We went for my partner's prescriptions, but I was the one stating the complaints, she threathened my partner to being banned if they showed up with "this person" (referring to me while in front of me, on the third person...) ever again. I stated that we had already swapped pharmacies and this was the last prescription on the ASDA pharmacy, but all she cared about was getting personal, threatening us, defending herself when we never attacked her in the first place, and then expelling me from the queue. Absolutely horrendous, Sussie, I really hope you lose your job and start working in a place where you never have to deal with people face to face ever again, since you are terrible at dealing with customers. She was also extremely condescending, she said that I had no idea how many happy customers they had, they have over 6000 patients and most of them are happy, she works almost every day of the week. It cannot be a coincidence that I always find unhappy people. Actually, I shop almost daily at ASDA and I always walk past the pharmacy and there is always a long queue, people leaving because they are not seen to in a timely manner (Sometimes over 1h wait). I also work for the NHS myself, I told her that we deal with unhappy service users in a transparent and honest way, unlike what she was doing. I specifically told her that I did not believe this was her fault personally, yet she stood by her stance that I was attacking her personally. I said that it's not her problem, she has people on top of her who are responsible. Still she was feeling attacked. What a terrible image she has shown...

Visited the pharmacy to purchase pain killers for my mum, she doesn't get headaches often but when she does they are debilitating. she keeps the painkillers in the cabinet for when she needs them. Was told that no I couldn't purchase the item as I had said she keeps them in the cabinet and I was not buying them for, I presume, immediate use. So my mum who is in her 70s has to get dressed, catch the bus, a time consuming journey, and visit Asda in the middle of a debilitating headache, yeah that makes sense. To my knowledge my mum isn't psychic so can't anticipate when she'll have a headache. On top of that the pharmacist was rude and kept talking over me. Avoid this pharmacy go somewhere else

Rude and patronising female pharmacist working at 1830 on Tuesday 14th Nov. It's fine to explain that you don't have the OTC version of a medication available. It's not fine to interrupt the moment I start speaking and talk to me like I'm an idiot.

Astonishingly bad service. You're regularly left waiting at the till for 10 minutes+ before anyone deigns to come out from the pharmacy to see you. It will then take typically ten minutes or of scrabbling around before they come back to tell you your prescription is not in stock. No surprise then that there is always a longish queue of bored-looking customers.Avoid.

Swapped to this pharmacy as they're open late so I can go after work. BIG MISTAKE. Honestly the worst wait times I've ever experienced. Prescriptions never ready on time. Slow service and understaffed. Time to register at a new pharmacy me thinks...

This place is the freshest of hell. A prescription takes about 20 minutes to queue up to ask about (even when it?s been sent electronically) and then another half an hour to collect. They never have enough staff nor any communication. It?s the worst.
