Spacious, clean and well laid out.
The staff are polite-ish. Standard really for Waitrose. Not especially friendly. Not unfriendly. I've found that to be the same in all of their stores, however.
A nice, varied range of great quality products. Centrally located within Woodley shopping precinct.
I don't like the lack of regular checkouts. I find the self-service machines clinical and impersonal.

It is a good place for shopping Waitrose quality products. It's not big places but you can find everything you need.
The only thing, it's not a free parking and you have to pay for a public parking which is just beside.
