We're able to answer all of the queries I had about wood and pointed me to what I needed at a good price. I only have a small car so I was able to arrange delivery at a reasonable price but if you don't want to pay delivery they do have tools on site to let you cut the wood smaller!

Honestly, one of the most pleasant spending experiences ever. I had a shopping list of requests from my contractor. I went in person, although worried I'd look like a fool (also the reason I didn't call). I went very early in the morning, just after opening. Maybe a mistake, but on reflection, the right choice. The parking lot was full of traders' vans. My worries increased, and I considered driving out and returning when they would be less busy. I decided to park in the last space and walked in.
I explained to a member of staff behind the counter that I had no idea what my list meant. I showed my WhatsApp messages, and in no time at all, I was giving my address and paying a very reasonable invoice. I then asked if they could accommodate an early delivery to allow the contractor to make the best use of time on-site. I was invited to talk with the Delivery Scheduling Manager. After a quick chat, we agreed on a morning delivery. It turned out the delivery driver had been sitting just behind the conversation, as I recognized them from when they expertly drove onto my driveway.
The most insightful impression was that every member of staff looked happy and genuinely enjoying their work. I was almost tempted to ask for an application form, but I'm also rather happy in my current job.

Good range, easy access. A little difficult to find someone in the yard to help and staff are not overly enthusiastic but I got what I wanted.

I went in there and told me I stole things they had charge 200£ over the price meant to pay the staff were very rude and not professional they then proceeded to force to pay for the wrong and more expensive patio slabs they are con airtist and do not j so there job would not dream of going there again
