Had to return 3 bags of 25kg concrete, and the kind man Scott sorted it all out with ease and even went out his way to help me get them all from my car. Great customer service thanks Scott!

I purchased a chainsaw from Woodley Toolstation yesterday. Upon assembling the item it was evident that that it was faulty and not fit for purpose. I tried to return it but was told that this couldnt happen due to having added fuel to it. Firstly, i had to add fuel to know that this item was faulty. Secondly, i was not told this at purchase which i should have been.I am now out of pocket and have a chainsaw that doesnt work!!

I love using toolstation and will continue to do so, however the gentleman serving today in Woodley should look at himself and try smiling and making customers feel welcomed. Felt I was up settting his day and made to feel most unwelcomed.

Went in the other day and the Young girl behind the counter totally useless. Ask were the drill sets were in the book and was told ?Look for it your self? she more interested in he phone and texting then helping customers. I ask other members of staff to speak to manger and was told the young girl was the supervisor. Ending up going screw fix and spending £250. I hope that someone dose something about this ?supervisor? as I will not be going back and will be tell everyone I know not to use them.Think her name was Ann or Ania something like that
