“Good filling station. Well-illuminated forecourt, that is clean and tidy. The M&S Food is well-stocked. There is also a Wild Bean Cafe. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice atmosphere.”

“Good frozen products but staff need to be a bit more careful as they sometimes hit kids with boxes when filling shelves or almost knock them over because they hold the boxes in front of their faces so they can't see where they're going”

I went to check out the normal brown woman at the counter instead this time she was a man !!! ??
I picked up milk chocolate and immediately got racially profiled. The brown man asked if i support a football team , I replied with sym. He then attempted to take off my thobe. and then emoted on me and wanted to be more lovely ?”

The staff are polite-ish. Standard really for Waitrose. Not especially friendly. Not unfriendly. I've found that to be the same in all of their stores, however.

A nice, varied range of great quality products. Centrally located within Woodley shopping precinct.

I don't like the lack of regular checkouts. I find the self-service machines clinical and impersonal.”
