I was helped by absolutely lovely, professional and charming lady Magdalena. She helped me to find proper make up. I was never served so professionaly. Compering to Boots, where staff never have knowledge and time to help me, I received exceptional service from Magdalena.

Very rude staff in particular Magdalena I will not be returning back to that store, in fact I was so upset by the whole visit I put my items down and walked across to boots to spend my money.

On the weekend I had asked my husband to pop into store and buy me a
Specific lipstick, I gave him the make and number of the product, obviously he didn't have a clue what he was getting so he asked for assistance to help him find it. Unfortunately he was rudely spoken to by a member of a member staff to which she replied "perhaps your wife should have come in to find it herself"
As it goes I was laying in a hospital bed at the time and wanting to feel slightly more "myself" with a bit of lippy. So NO, I couldn't come and get it myself.
My husband was shocked with how he was dealt with. Absolutely disgusting response, this woman should not be working in a customer service environment if she cannot help someone especially in an unknown situation.
Shame on you!

Went here today to buy a few things and the lady was being very rude and wouldn?t let me use my student discount because apparently she has to see a picture of me on the app, although I?ve been using the app everywhere else including other Superdrug stores since last year. She then also refused to let me use my blue light discount card as she needed the ?physical copy? however the app contained the virtual card which is an alternative of that and is able to be scanned instead of the physical copy. Appalling service, felt like the lady was being very racist and she was not friendly at all. Defo never returning to this store due to the lack of customer service. I saw another lady in front of me using her blue light card app so believe she was singling me out due to my ethnicity.

Young lady at the till was super friendly, it was her 2nd day and she didn't know much about working the till yet, but I had such warm genuine interaction, which was really lovely :)

Usually left waiting at the till for one of the assistants to notice there?s a queue forming. The assistants seem to be very busy stocking shelves. They are constantly talking via their earpiece radios so not sure why they can?t communicate to each other that there?s customers who need serving.

Although I think the job of piercing my 15yr olds ears was a good one (when u consider that a boy of 15yr's life revolves around food, the shower and sleeping, you'll hopefully understand that if the job was done wrong World War 3 would without a doubt of started?!?!), The appointment process is far from a clear one?Firstly the select members of staff with "Earpiercing £12.50" in bold font across the front and back of their staff uniform is unmistakable, it turns out that if you want earrings slightly bigger or made from a different material it will cost up and more than £40? which is clearly a huge difference in cost!!??All I know is if this fact had been clearly stated (or advised ), I probably still would have gone ahead with the purchase but I would have gone ahead with all of the facts?As I'm sure with the cost of food/fuel and basic living, every parent will agree?
