Needed help with a bank card transaction cancellation. Got passed from pillar to post and put on hold on various help lines ( or should I say un helpful lines ). What I might do next time is ask for a financial review that they are always asking me to attend and it will probably be done in no time as they try and sell me something that I don't need

No specific car parking for the bank itself. Paid car parking available for 80p an hour and £1.20 for 2. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the wait doesnâ??t tend to be too long.

Customers car park has been closed sometime ago and can be use by NatWest staff only.Now parking opposite has been close also.Be ready for long waiting to be served in this branch.Today on Friday 11 o'clock only one person inside to serve customers.Not options for business clients ,not help at all.Waste of time.Sorry guys after years with NatWest and as business client I do expecting better customer service.Shame really .
