Went into branch today and lady at counter was very helpful and arranged for us to see a gentleman to discuss our issues straight away. He was amazing and so helpful to us both who are not confident with online accounts. Unfortunately we can't remember his full name but begins with Y. Please pass our thanks to him he was so professional and helpful with so much patience. Always found staff in there excellent.

Went to put some Christmas money into my account & my son's this afternoon, and was told by the cashier that I could have done this online. Unprofessional service, and was made to feel stupid, not impressed, only wanted to put some money into my account, without any drama.

The service and staff are brilliant, but after the closure of 4 banks (at least) in Woodley, the branch is far too small for the amount of people using it.

Woodley has one of the few remaining Nationwide banks for the Reading area. It's situated in a nice little shopping centre, there is free Blue Badge parking within a do-able distance.Very nice staff and somewhere to sit down whilst waiting in the queue.

A small branch that maybe in need of redecorating and modernising but the staffs behind the counter are superb. They are fast, efficient and helpful.

My only problem I have with the bank is it opening hours. These hours do not work for those who work. Closing at 16.30 most workers finish at 17.00. You should have at least one late opening in the week.
