Absolutely appalling service today. I have been going here for around 10 years but today when shopping here I got billed £50 for what was £20 worth of shopping. When I realised what had happened I asked for a refund which the cashier was struggling to do. Eventually he gave me my £30 cash which was less convenient as I paid by card. In the 10 years I've been going to that shop I've had nothing but kindness and good service so I was very unhappy to have seen what has happend today

I went to check out the normal brown woman at the counter instead this time she was a man !!! ??
I picked up milk chocolate and immediately got racially profiled. The brown man asked if i support a football team , I replied with sym. He then attempted to take off my thobe. and then emoted on me and wanted to be more lovely ?
