So if you work Monday-Friday 9-5 there is no way of going to this bank! It?s ridiculous, what do OAP do? You should seriously review the opening times and definitely open on a Saturday!

We received really impressive customer service today, so just had to write a positive review.
Michelle was friendly, patient, efficient and so helpful, to me, and my 85 year old mother in law. Appreciated the excellent parking facilities and short walk to the bank too.

Don't recommend this site at all, people working there as they wish, unhelpful staff. Opening times are very limited.

Reading Woodley: Clearly well managed, quick attention, and Jazz is particularly helpful. This branch is a glaring contrast to central Reading and Cheltenham, although the counter staff everywhere are usually helpful when you can actually eventually get to them. The problem is parsimonious senior management seems hellbent on avoiding employing an adequate number of floor staff.
If the short-sighted bean counters in Head Office close this excellent branch, they deserve a wide boycott.

Today I went to visit this branch, sorted out my losted bank card.There is good atmosphere at bank with very helpful lovely people.They doing well, my issue is has been solved very quickly thank you for the jung talented girl who very helpful and she did on the highest level.Highly recommended this Lloyd's branch ???Thanks for everything!
