I had fish and chips this afternoon and they were absolutely delicious. So crispy and full of flavour. I asked the server for loads of salt and vinegar, and it tasted amazing. The staff were really friendly too and even gave my kid a sachet of ketchup and a little pack of jelly sweets.

Bought cod and chips but on unwrapping was met with a strange smell and after slicing through the batter was greeted with the stench of rotting fish !
Utterly disgusted that a takeaway can serve food in this state and they obviously need to be visited by Food Standards Agency who I have reported this to

Haddock and chips this evening 6/5/25.chips were cold and hard, uneatable. Obviously reheated.used to be good, won't be returning.meant to give no stars, not five !

This place used to be good but now absolutely terrible . My husband asked for a freshly cooked piece of fish and she said it is fresh , wouldn?t cook a fresh piece. . It was cold and the chips like cardboard. What a shame , used to be good . And £13 for cold inedible food. Not good at all .

Beef in oyster sauce..beef was so chewy it was disgusting, chow mean tasteless. Wouldn't buy again.very disappointed.

Delivery took a while but the food was worth it, really great Chinese dishes. Best lemon chicken I've had! The delivery driver was really nice too. Would recommend!!

It sure if this place has changed owners but Such a shame as this place was the best chip shop around for many years, over the last few weeks has gone down hill dramatically! Thin hard chips and very greasy fish served. Also barely warm unlike the usual hot freshly cooked food I?ve been used to from here. Have ate here every week for as long as I can remember, unfortunately won?t be coming here anymore.

Order takeaway for months treat. Well disappointed ?. This normally our favourite place to come. Chips were not cooked properly very rubby and hard. Also the Chinese side sweet and sour balls small and taste not the same.
