Scored low because they consistently fail to scan the Gregg's app effectively, despite telling me they have. This means I do not get the advantages of the app. Have not had this problem at other Gregg's branches.

This place is very filthy.always dirty tables and floors and smells like piss.service is quite fast so that's why I gave it 2 stars only
