Excellent. Yes they talk and joke with customers and each other but are working hard whilst doing so. Always brings a smile to your face while waiting. They are always flat out but do so with a smile and a joke.

Poor service regarding delivery of medications, if they can't fulfill this service then stop doing it. Patients should not have to go without medications because they don't have a driver

Worst pharmacy ever. Have to wait at least 45min in the queue to get a prescription even after paying for it. Need more staff to cater for the demand.

Excellent pharmacy. Lovely, polite staff who always greet you with a smile! It does tend to get busy due to being one of only two pharmacies serving the whole of Woodley. However, this doesn?t take away from the exceptional customer service!

Terrible service, waited 40 minutes for a prescription to be told they called my name out half an hour ago, they called a completely different name out and didn?t mention it the other 2 times I queued up to ask why it?s taking so long. They didn?t even have the prescription.
No apology and extremely rude. Had a screaming infant with me too.

They have a good range of products, and collection of prescriptions can be done using an outside box system so you don't queue up.

Why have they not got more staff. Was told after a long queue that prescriptions had not been made up even though they were sent in 5 days ago. Totally unexceptable
