Unacceptable behavior from the staff. They talk curtly and badly to customers. One of the receptionist was very rude. I asked for her name and she refused to give it.

Closed during normal business hours for a third day. No information on the website about this.Never had to go this long without my medication. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

One of the receptionists was very rude. I enquired about an appointment I booked with the pharmacy and she just looked at me blankly. I waited for her to say something but she said nothing, as if I was not speaking English to her. So, I said 'Sorry?' And then, she said 'I didn't say anything.' What kind of attitude is that? She could have asked for more information to try to understand the situation. I had to explain to her I booked an appointment online, and she said that there is no appointment booking, and that I could just walk in, which is different from the information given by another staff. Afterwards, other staff confirmed I did book an appointment. I don't know what to say, I'm really disappointed with the service. It felt really discriminative.I understand that everyone in the pharmacy were busy, but I waited in the queue like any other customer and it was my turn to ask about the appointment. I don't think it was fair to be treated like that.

Always busy but always full of polite, happy and helpful staff that the Manager should be very proud of. They must be blessed with patience as I often see people complaining and grumbling but the pharmacy is under a lot of pressure as are the staff and people should recognise that!

Why can't all pharmacies be like this? The staff smile at you, are friendly and efficient. I've visited numerous pharmacies around Reading and in recent years they are all usually grumpy and borderline rude. A well managed business is reflected in staff attitudes

Refused to fill prescription made by specialist, despite having done so in the past.Was first customer in and it still took 30 minutes before I was denied the prescription.Won't waste my time there again.

Absolutely wonderful service and always a polite, positive , interested attitude from all the staff. I feel like a real person when I get to the top of the queue. The power of human recognition is understood at this branch and is part of how professionally the team works.

My mother went to this pharmacy today to pick up a prescription for me and was served by man and then left standing for 30 minutes only to be told, once she approached the pharmacist, that the item wasn?t available. He served 4 people ahead of her and saw my mother waiting yet did not inform her, she had to prompt him. Not the first time we have had a negative experience here.

Medicine took days to be ready. Medicine was consistently not delivered. When complaining about this service, the pharmacist went on an extended tirade about being unable to recruit staff. This interaction felt very unprofessional. Although, to their credit they did freely agree their service was sub-standard. I might be a good idea to steer clear!

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable- unfortunately they seem to be suffering a staff shortage so wait times are long ( 20 mins to even get to the counter) - definitely recommend, but expect to stand in line for a while.

The staff there are really friendly, but I have never had my medication ready, no matter how far in advance I request it. It?s always too busy, with the queue to be seen taking upwards of 30 mins, let alone the wait time for prescriptions. I understand that the team is very very busy, and it?s not their fault, but gosh trying to get a prescription filled seems to require a half day off work!
