Excellent. Yes they talk and joke with customers and each other but are working hard whilst doing so. Always brings a smile to your face while waiting. They are always flat out but do so with a smile and a joke.

Poor service regarding delivery of medications, if they can't fulfill this service then stop doing it. Patients should not have to go without medications because they don't have a driver
