Exceptional service. Very friendly staff.
The coffee was brewed to perfection. The tea, nice and strong. We each had a toasted sandwich and both were very tasty.
The serving area is spotlessly clean and well-presented. The shop is spacious and inviting. The atmosphere, relaxed.
The toilets are clean and well-appointed.
Very impressed. Will definitely return.

Standard Costa. Sunday lunchtime so there were queues. Had toasties which were very nice.
Parking: Need to pay for parking in the surrounding car parks. £1 for an hour.

This is a nice place to go when the staff are in a good mood and not arguing, or no teenagers shouting and screaming, which apparently is acceptable when there aren't too many customers. ?

First time in this Costa at Woodley on Monday and have to say that the service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, quick and efficient and service with a smile.

Firstly, I didn't know costa coffees are supposed to create an atmosphere for their customers (Google request an atmosphere rating)? It's a community based cafe with all sorts going in and out. It's clean, it has clean enough toilets considering how busy the staff are serving at busy times. The service is always ?. Friendly, a very efficient team, who always take their time helping people with allergy queries.Everything you need from a cafe.I just get frappes which I love. Better than other chains who add yucky sugary syrups. Costa just use ice, milk, espresso, and whipped cream. Dairy free version is yum. Love it. I've visited once or twice a week for two months. No complaints here.

The air-conditioning is blowing cold on the back and the staff said they cannot switch it off as they are not allowed. Ridiculous..
