Today during lunch, I specifically went to this store to clarify until what time I could come to buy balloons and have them inflated. I arrived before the time I was told, but was refused service, even though I arrived on time. They said it was already too late and that they wouldn?t be able to finish before closing. Neither the salesperson nor the manager even apologized.
