Today during lunch, I specifically went to this store to clarify until what time I could come to buy balloons and have them inflated. I arrived before the time I was told, but was refused service, even though I arrived on time. Large shop with a lot of choices. It’s my favorite shop to buy cards as it’s cheap and the quality very nice.
