My experience was exquisite, the lady who served me, Claire I think it was, was outstanding. She was such a warm and welcoming presence instantly putting me at ease. Yet she still manages to be calm collected, professional and diligent. She is a shining example. My experience was great, efficient and quick. Well done

I asked my son to pick up his little brother's prescription. The lady that served him wasn't that friendly at all. My son saw her pack the medication but did not call him to say its ready. People came and went after being in at Boots for about 5minutes but they made him sit for more than 30 minutes without help. The lady who served went out and left him there. My son stood and asked another pharmacist about it. The pharmacist went to the basket checked and said it was ready time ago and he gave it to my son. My son ws really disappointed in the service

Not impressed. We are told to go to pharmacist rather than GP. Waited over 40 mins then when I said couldn't wait any longer was told pharmacist would be out shortly 10 min later was seen and he was very abrupt and told to go to GP. Generally find staff unfriendly and unhelpful.

I recently had an exceptional experience at the Boots pharmacy in Woodley, thanks to Ahmad. Always understaffed. Queue for 30mins to drop off a prescription. 1 person on counter & very long queue- always the same here. Employ more staff!!!@

Just went to pick up my monthly medications from the pharmacy and picked them up without any fuss after receiving a text to say they were ready . It was a pleasure to see Claire there with her lovely smile calm , efficient manner.

Floor is absolutely disgusting. Food and dust that looks like it's been there for weeks if not months. Staff were friendly and doing their best but I had to wait 1 hour for a routine prescription. Definitely won't be returning

The staff are absolutely lovely which is why I?m not giving it 1 star but the process of getting a prescription is awful.
The phones are never answered, the queues are painfully long and by the time you get to speak to the staff you are told it?s not ready and to come back tomorrow. The pharmacy is ridiculously understaffed which is bad for customers and staff. Boots need to sort it out.

Poor poor pharmacy. Been here a couple of times now and always super poor service and out of order queues at the pharmacy. Went to put a prescription in for antibiotics, which the queue was pretty much 30 minutes, and then also having to wait 30 minutes for it to be packed, this wasn't possible with a schedule packed with kids, and therefore had to return a little than an hour later, where I then once again had to queue for 30+ minutes.
There should be a different system in place!!! Out of order to have poorly people queueing for this amount of time...
100000000% avoid this place!!!
