Store duty manager Dan was as arrogant as hell. Waited half an hour to be seen. He was laughing and smiling to a lady before me and when it comes to my turn he was as cold as solid ice cube.
I would think twice before buying or recommending from this store. He should be replaced with someone who?s more competent and friendly. Overall experience 1 out of 10 ?

The assistant Mirela was lovely, helpful and professional when I went in to the Wokingham Vodafone store with my daughter to get a new phone deal. She got us a very good deal that I am more than happy with. Top marks for customer service!

This review is a shout out to Gareth who looked after my request. He listened and understood where I was coming from and what I wanted. I had no clue about the phone I have now decided on but Gareth did and shared his expertise with me. He needs to be at the front of as many customer interactions as possible. So thank you Gareth, you're the man.

Wife brought a new phone today at Wokingham branch and was served by a very nice lady called Mirela. She went out of her way to explain the deal and set the phone up for us. Thanks Mirela for helping us we will return and recommend you highly.

I booked a battery refresh appointment online for the Wokingham store for a Sunday. Arrived to appointment (was even sent a reminder!) The Wokingham store doesn?t open on a Sunday. What a waste of time. Communication becoming more and more difficult with Vodafone!

Didn't feel as if somebody wanted to help me

Disinterested staff member - went in to upgrade my current contract as due in a few days. Waited lengthy time on a weekday as not enough staff. Mentioned upgrade to a staff member and asked a question about 14 Pro and Pro Max. Staff member answered one question about plan length and walked away and out back of store. No attempt made to sell a plan or help me with upgrade process. Visited another phone shop few doors up and have now got a plan with different network provider. You'd think a walk in customer looking to upgrade would be worth 5 mins of staff time........ clearly not to Vodafone Wokingham.
