We?ve been using Vision express for the past 5 years. Every problem I faced at the Reading branch has been erased by the excellent, prompt and professional service we were provided by the Wokingham branch. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They provide a follow up service that goes beyond your normal job description.

The optician who conducted my eye test was absolutely amazing. I don?t normally write reviews but she was so informative and gave me answers to some questions I had for a while whilst also not feeling rushed. This was a 10/10 experience. The lady who also helped me pick me glasses was welcoming too.
