DO NOT JOIN virgin media Business!! Probably the worst ever customer service I have experienced. They do not resolve any issues and you can forget about a manager ever calling you back oh and when your internet is down don?t bother calling because that will get you no where you will have different members of staff telling you completely different things, I got given a dongal to protect me from any outages in the area but guess what, That doesn?t even work and no one has called to rectify the issue.All in all don?t join unless you want to stress your life out.

Do not sign up to virgin media ! STARTED MY CONTRACT FOR 33 quid a month in November 2022 , 4 months later March 2024 they changed my contract to nine pounds more and now I?m stuck in the remaining of my 18 months contract they won?t let me cancel or reduce my payments -THE BEAT PART IS YOU CAN STILL SIGN UP AS A NEW CUSTOMER FOR cheaper than my original price complete con I?m posting this message everywhere unless your message me and sort it OUT !!!!!!

Worst company I?ve ever dealt with ? from the start the salesman lied to me about pricing - then when I cancelled my contract more than 2 years later again I was lied to and sent emails telling me of extra charges if I didn?t prove my address - when the person on the phone told me I actually had a credit on my account that was going to be refunded - not that I would be charged multiple times more on my final bill! Absolute shambles of a company

Terrible service, been with out Internet now for 4 weeks. Promise after promise that I will be back online never happens. Also the state they have left my drive with an exposed cable, heath and saftey issue let's hope no-one seriously hurts them self. STAY AWAY EXTREAMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Incompetent staff and endless waiting times. The most annoying part is that they hung up even though we have waited for more than 30 minutes on the phone.

You really must not sign up to this company unless you want a lifetime spent going round and round like a rat in a maze that never ends speaking to customer service people about why your router isn?t working. Don?t do it, unless you are a serious sadomasochist who likes to wear rubber outfits and have strangers beat you up on a Friday night in a Soho basement. Truly the worst customer experience in a long litany of bad experiences in the UK.

Wow, can't believe how bad your call centre's are, that I actually swore at the person on the phone.Was planning to stay but they managed to make me leave.After 9 years of being customer never complained about the price all I wanted to know was, if I was to leave can I leave on set date.

Very bad experience with this companyPoor broadband 100 mbs real 20-30, usual evening and weekends days not working.TV poor signal low quality l weekends evenings not working.Impossible to cancel this contract. After 24 months automatically renew for another 18 mouths and extra charged hundreds pounds if you to cancel.I do not recommend, be careful, scam therm and conditions
