Just got my hair cut and I will definitely be going back! Ruby was excellent she gave me the exact look I wanted and gave me a beautiful blow out. The price wasn?t too bad either and I normally find it a bit awkward when I get my hair cut but she made it comfortable and easy! I was offered a head massage when washing my hair as well as if I wanted product in my hair when getting it blown out.

Ruby as lovely and professional she listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. When I asked for her opinions on things such as a fringe and what type of fringe I should go for she suggested just the right thing and gave great advice

I expect it to feel like a treat but it didn't. When I had my hair washed I didn't get asked if I wanted my feet up and I have no idea if the chairs are massage chairs or not but the button on the side of the arm suggests the chair does something. I wasn't offered a head massage either. For me these things are pretty standard in other salons. The cut is good but apart from being asked if I wanted my hair straight or curly, nothing else was offered. My hair was dried but not straightened and no product offered or used, again, fairly standard elsewhere. The price wasn't what was quoted either and so I had to challenge it, the price I'd been given was honoured but I'd rather not have to do that as its slightly awkward. Overall not impressed enough to return. No hair therapy treatment mentioned despite seeing from the star rating requested on the Toni& Guy review request, it should have been. I can get a hair cut anywhere, it's the extra bits I'm paying for.

I recently had a colour change and I?m absolutely thrilled with the results! Ruby was incredible throughout ? professional, patient, and so knowledgeable. She took great care in every step, making sure the transition was smooth and the end result was exactly what I had envisioned. Her assistant, Laila, was also fantastic ? friendly, attentive, and really supportive throughout the long appointment. It was a big change, but I felt completely at ease in Ruby?s hands. I?ve had so many compliments already ? I can?t recommend Ruby and Laila enough!

I?ve been having my hair done by Kinga for over a year and I?m so glad I found her. She is magic and works wonders with my hair, I love it every time I come in. Would recommend her to everyone.
