If you want a watch battery replacement I?d avoid this place. Went in today and was quoted £32! Walked 5 mins into town got it done in a jewellers for £12.50 with a year?s guarantee. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.. Shop around..

Advice for management as respectfully as possible: if you are advertising a list of services (with no conditions added regarding specific times and days available), it's not particularly acceptable to only have one staff member working if that staff member hasn't been trained to perform some of those services. I had an emergency with a broken car key and was stuck a 45 minute drive from home. Having walked half an hour from my car to your store, I then had to walk a further 15 minutes to another key cutter as the only person working didn't know how to cut car keys yet as they stated they hadn't been trained to do so, and I was told nobody would be in who could do it at all today, despite it being a service advertised online and on your wall.

Couldn?t replace battery in my Casio as ? didn?t know how to open it? didn?t suggest or offer the postal service and didn?t know if local town centre branch was open on a Sunday either - rubbish customer service from a disinterested employee.

Brought in my husbands wedding present, a watch the be engraved for our wedding day. The bloke scratched the watch by putting masking tape on it. Then went to do a trial engraving and it went through to the watch and bodged it. Watch was never repaired, denied they scratched it even though it was on CCTV. Then the complaints handling team made it even worse, never replied and extremely rude. Started blaming me at one point? No resolution ever received, as they never bothered to contact me after multiple emails and phone calls chasing them. Do not bring items of value to be engraved here, honestly will never forget it and tainted our wedding day.

Unprofessional service and extremely overpriced. Just wanted a single key cut and I was advised £45 which is ridiculous. Popped to my local off-chain which offered me the same key to be cut for £8.50. Shocking.
