Arrived at counter at 3.01pm for Amazon refund. Very rude service stating that they do not take Amazon refunds after 3pm. This is not stated on Amazon site, just normal opening hours. We spend around £200 pw filling our family vehicles here. We will not be returning!

Went to get fuel for my generator which is built into the rear of my van. And the cashier would serve me due to not seeing where its going into. I send around £500 a month at this shell on diesel and petrol but not no more. Only needed about 5 liters. Staff member wanted me to pay cash upfront even tho my van has my business logos on and had a shell fuel card. Now fuel card being cut up and going to esso. Rude man

As normal no one about so I had to drive once again to BP in Bracknell. So if someone has run out of fuel. I wouldn't recommend this garage at all. Also they shouldn't state that it is 24hrs as the night shift is always asleep.

Fill up petrol today to my surprise tank capacity is 45 liters and filled 46.70 liters. Please avoid this petrol pump looks like machines are rigged. Staff said they can't help need to email on website. Broad daylight robbery.

Totally disgusted they raised the price by 4p a litre on the day that it was to be cut by 5p a litre duty cut. Should be fully ashamed of yourselfs and don't reply with oil prices went up over night as they dropped. I have a receipt of £184.9 from yesterday 22/3/2022 on the day the spring budget statement you put the price up by 4p so the actual price drop will be 1p per litre. I will never use your profitering garage again. Shame on you for squezzing every penny you can out of your once loyal customers

I think one of their diesel fuel tanks is leaking water in, as I filled my car and the fuel economy was shocking. Juddering, lacking power. I filled up again at another garage from empty and the fuel economy and performance returned.

Went to this service station for petrol yesterday; no sanitiser available for customers, attendant said they didn't have any but he'd look later and his mask did not cover his nose. i asked if he had any and he said staff did not have any either but I could buy some. What service excellence!
