2 prescriptions messed up and they didn?t know what they were doing when asked where my meds were. Disappointing now have to get it from a diff chemist.

Myself and my partner have been coming to this pharmacy for YEARS and have always been treated with kindness and had very quick service but after tonight that?s changed. The pharmacist (possibly new) and the staff on the tills who were also new- have treated my partner like absolute dirt. I?m disgusted and I would describe how angry I am after what?s just happened but I think the language I would use would get me removed from ever writing reviews again. I?m 4 days late on my medication for my mental health due to having nurovirus and being too poorly to collect it and my partner has also been sick with it too. We both tried calling rose street for the past 2 days to see if our medication is ready for collection and couldn?t get through once. Not one single competent person answered the phone. Then tonight my partner goes in and is treated so horrifically by these revolting members of staff that she came back to the house crying. My mental health is at a very dangerous point and these ?people? or scum, gave my medication to one person in the pharmacy and then told my partner that they didn?t even though she witnessed the whole thing!!! They told her to call 111 even though they had my medication RIGHT THERE!!!!! I?ll be going back tomorrow to get the names of these awful people to make a formal complaint. They?ll need all the help they can get when I?m through. DONT go to this pharmacy if you want your medication and to be treated like a human being!

They have a very large range of prescription medicines and can order items they don't stock (including medications I've struggled to get or order from the well-known high street chemists).

Abdul, Charlie and team have transformed this pharmacy into one of the best around. They've gone above and beyond for us on many occasions now, always showing such compassion, professionalism and fantastic work ethic alongside their brilliant customer service. We are often beyond tired, stressed and worried when collecting meds for a poorly toddler or having vaccines and they just make life so much easier for us.
They've put in relentless hard work at transforming this place.
Are there "Excellent Pharmacy Awards 2025"? Because this team deserve the title.
We really, really appreciate the ongoing care we receive with our little one!

Charlie at Rose St Pharmacy after being referred for a pharmacy consultation by 111 this morning. He went out of his way to offer advice & personally followed up the next steps back to 111. Thank you for such thorough & polite service.

Really poor service. Told they'd have an item in stock the next day. I went in to collect to be told it wasn't in and it would be at least another day or 2. This is a medication I need in order to function properly and they knew this. Really bad, and no apology either.

Booked a COVID vaccine through NHS app, paid for parking left work early, but when I got there I was told sorry run out of vaccines, disgraceful, surely you would check how many bookings you had that day and put them too one side, total waste of my time

Phoned up asking for an emergency prescription and got questioned regarding when I last ordered my medication. Was made to feel as though I was asking for something entirely out of order and felt I was spoken to in an accusatory way. Was then refused the medication unless I collected tonight, instead of tomorrow morning. Rude male pharmacist.

Unfortunately Google does not allow 0 stars. At a pharmacy the standard I expect is a simple smile and ?hello? and eye contact however Zayn does not do any of this towards me. He is ignorant and rude and needs to be retrained.

Went today to get a COVID jab. Was initially concerned by the length of the queue for Prescriptions . However I found out that for a jab, you do not stand in the Prescription queue, but you take a seat and you will be called for your jab. You go through one of the two doors on the left of the Prescription queue. Very pleasant and competent lady did the jab at my booked time. All good.

Was seen late by Rayan at 4.30pm today. For a 4.05 pm appointment which I was early to. She was rude and unprofessional and unorganised. She wouldn?t vaccinate me because she didn?t know why I was exempt and she refused to speak to my mother to resolve the issue and wouldn?t let her speak. When I said what?s your name to report her she proudly said speak to my manager full of confidence whilst he witnessed this. People like this shouldn?t have a job. It?s not about the confusion it?s about how she dealt with it. Train your staff better. Disgusting.

My son attended a Covid flu vaccine. Being invited by the nhs. Never had a problem before. Turned up to the appointment on time being 15 mins early. My appointment wasn?t until 4.05 pm wasn?t seen until 4.30 pm and was met by a rude woman named rayan. She clearly didn?t know what she was doing and was unorganised. The reason I have these vaccinations is because I have an expemtion. She didn?t know why I was having it done. Also was rude when I gave her my medical history and then refused to vaccinate me and wouldn?t talk to my mum on the phone and kept interrupting. Raising her voice and saying I was being rude when I clearly wasn?t. When I asked what her name was she proudly said here?s my manager. Like that behaviour is normal. Such a shocking pharmacy. Staff shouldn?t have a job.

Myself and my wife had fantastic service from Georgia this evening. Had a call from the Out of Hours Dr at 10pm, medications collected at 10.20pm. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you
