Went there to pick up my son?s antibiotics, waited an hour as they apparently had forgotten about me. When I reminded them the guy claimed I?ve waited for 15 mins max. Speechless.

The staff work tirelessly and always greet you with a big smile. Also very long opening hours seven days a week which is very helpful for picking up prescriptions.On a few occasions they have gone that extra mile to help me and my family. THANK YOU ?

Life saver. Had urgent prescription. My local/usual pharmacy had to order in and could take 3 days. Rose Street stay open till 10.30 most nights so were open and when I phoned, confirmed they had medicines in stock. Went along and was able to wait (only 10 mins) while they made up prescription. Delighted!

Always a long wait, short staffed no matter what time you come and even if you ask if the have given the right medication it?s always wrong.

They rarely pick up the phone which means you spend all day trying to get through and either miss your sons prescription or make a wasted trip in to find it?s not there.

The WORST. Slow, rude, unprofessional. Left me waiting for an hour just to collect the prescription which was ordered over a week ago. Always short of staff. Don?t bother to answer the calls. Staff is not trained. One of the Pharmacist is very rude and pathetic.

Not answering the phone seems to have become standard procedure for this pharmacy. Today I be called more than 10 times from 10am to 8pm. Let it ring for minutes. No answer.

Terrible pharmacy, I understand it gets busy but to not answer the phone, let people que for 40 mins then an hour wait for prescription, to be then given medicine as a powder and not mixed and not the correct prescription for myself. I?d re think this one

I was recently prescribed a variant of a drug that has been discontinued. Thinking that I would have to call my gp surgery in the morning to ask them to alter my prescription, bearing in mind this was at 9.30pm, the very kind pharmacist at Rose Street stepped in and suggested I call 111 right there and then, to get my script altered. Now for anyone who has called 111, I?m sure you are aware that this is a blood pressure rising experience in itself. Being really poorly didn?t help either. The pharmacist took the phone from me, spoke to them and within 20 mins, a new prescription was issued. I must admit, I had lost the will to live after that phone call to 111, and certainly didn?t expect the issue to be resolved so quickly. So, in short, I cannot praise and thank the pharmacist and the team at Rose Street pharmacy enough. Great service, highly recommend Rose Street pharmacy.
