I have visited Rococo over the years as I have family that live nearby. Recently my mum and I visited as I wanted to purchase a piece of amber for my friend. I met Sofia in store who was so helpful and just lovely - I ended up leaving with four pieces instead of one (two for me?. Oops) AND my mum was so happy to find some clip-on earrings (hard to find!) that she also made a purchase.I will be back when I can to try find some green amber pieces for myself! ?

They have some lovely designer items but the service wasn?t great to be honest. I ordered an item and was told it would be delivered in 2-3 days and that they would let me know when it was available. A week later and despite me contacting them three times, they failed to contact me and eventually when I rang again, was told it would be a further 4-5 weeks. A call from them, as promised, would have given me time to look elsewhere. Not a great experience.

I had an enormously positive experience with Rococo Jewellery. Their service was prompt and personal, and they really went the extra mile to make sure my item arrived in time to make a flight. Which meant the next day on a Saturday! The item arrived nicely packaged and in perfect condition, even with a little handwritten note from the seller.
They are an independent seller and it really showed with their customer service - it was a refreshing change to deal with. Highly recommended!

We are so lucky to have this wonderful little jewellers in Wokingham. Pop in for a last minute Christmas present, at a range of prices and you won?t be disappointed, Julliete is amazingly helpful too. But don?t worry if you?re not local, the choice of items, and delivery service on their website is exceptional. I have purchased many times and thoroughly recommend.
