We were unlucky during our tenancy to not have the best house with lots of heating issues and we had a house inspection every 3 months as a request from the landlord - so felt like this was not a home at all but a temporary accommodation that we were lucky to be in and needed to be reminded often we were living in someone else house...

That was very un appreciated and if this review was for the property and landlord - we would give a 2 stars (at a push). However that is not Michael Hardy's fault and we understand that they did all they could to resolve the heating issues etc.

Michael Hardy's were fair, open, honest and prompt with their dealings with us and we would use them again should the need arise.”

She has been very proactive in making sure that the maintenance queries are answered in a timely manner and attended to by a professional contractor. Also the 6 month inspection was carried out in a very professional manner with detailed photos ,condition of property was reported in great detail on their online portal that is quite user friendly. So far the experience has been very good with Romans and look forward to continuing this relationship further on. However they are a little expensive but the service is good.”
