After years of using this store i will no longer be using it whilst they use Uber eats to deliver the food. Absolute shambles. Food took an hour to be delivered and was stone cold. Like others have said, they won't answer the phone to your number, but you can call on someone else's and it gets answered. Complaint put through head office. Lets see what happens there.

Ordered a pizza, an hour and a half later still no pizza. Tried to cancel but had to use a phone number not connected to the order as they are clearly screening customer calls and didn?t pick up when tried multiple times from the number connected to the order but picked up first time when called from an unrelated number (we called twice, once to check after 45 mins had gone by and were told ?it will be on the way soon?, and as soon as they had one new number they refused to answer the phone to that number and we had to use another friends phone who again got an answer first time and we finally managed to cancel our order.) poor showing from Papa Johns, I can understand that they are very busy and there is a driver shortage and don?t want to have multiple cancelled orders reported to head office but to ignore your customers so they can?t cancel should they choose is a pretty shoddy show. Such a shame, papa John?s has always my go to pizza chain wherever I?ve lived, but after this I don?t think I?ll be buying from them again.

Ordered for delivery because I had a craving. Got quite a good deal for a large pizza and 2 sides. Pizza was hot and juicy and fresh and I love the cauliflower wings. Didn't need the tater tots, but I ate a few.Delivery within 30 mins and the driver was friendly and polite.Papa's is my favourite of the chains for delivery.

only order here if you?re okay with the fact that the most you will see of your pizza is the picture when you order it, pizza never came. Added a picture of what arrived:

Our local Papa johns (Wokingham) is 10 mins away, 35mins after pizza dispatched, wrong order arrives. Phone store and they offer a free bottle of Pepsi or another pizza as compensation and refuse to make any financial compensation. We don?t need extra pizza or a drink- it will just go to waste. I just say please deliver it soon as you can with hungry kids looking at me. 15 mins on- still not here. Terrible service. It was a £90 order by the way so not small!

Picked up our pizza it?s the driest of pizzas I?ve ever had with one or no pieces of ham on each slice a few pieces of onion hardly no cheese or sauce! The chessy garlic cheese sticks were also dry hardly any cheese again and all Luke warm!!! I always use dominos and felt like a change but this shop is over priced and going to lose a lot of custom!

Ordered two large pizzas and two sides + drink at 7:30pm on a Saturday, and had everything piping hot by 8pm. Fantastic quality and service for us. nice driver too, and under £30.

Really clean store, friendly staff, place to sit in. Pizzas came out well - Gluten-free bases were good. Only complaint is the pepperoni is a little too oily.

We trawled through all the pizzerias in Wokingham when we first arrived and then found Papa John's. They deliver usually well within the 30 minute time slot and the delivery people are always smiling! The pizzas are very good indeed, we often have one on a Saturday.

Really poor customer service. It?s not what goes wrong, it how you deal with it that matters. That?s what the Papa Johns manager said when he promised a full refund?. Then he did nothing, no refund ever made it back to me card as promised.

Absolutely fabulous!! Popped in, ordered and the guy was so helpful and everything was fresh!! Fresh dough, fresh topping, freshly cooked to perfection and GREAT CUSTOMER CARE and it was ready when they said it would be - all at a great price THANK YOU
