Shop keeper is super rude, rolls his eyes, sighs as soon as he sees any packages, clears hate his job. Why this family has this shop is beyond me. They are all miserable and very rude. Iv even had to help customers with their parcels because they can?t be bothered.
I?d really waste petrol than be spoken to and tutted at like they do, and they wonder why I never buy from them. Highly recommended to avoid.

Called the shop to find out if something was in stock, the woman could not understand me and put the phone down
I thought this was a mistake and had been cut off by accident so I called back
The woman again said don?t know and hung up
Not sure One stop would be very happy about such service, think they need to take a look at some of the reviews on here, clearly this person should be as far away from customer service as possible as she has no idea how to converse with people in a welcoming manner
Avoid like the plague!

Terrible service and dirty shop. They leave customers waiting in long queues with 1 till open, whilst the other staff member watches on. Staff are always miserable, unhelpful and rude. Never had an issue sending via Evri but always been a problem when I've collected, they even sent my parcel back to sender when it was still within the time limit to collect. Thankfully a new evri parcel shop has opened closer to me now so I'll never have a reason to go here again. The post office near to the petrol station round the corner does evri so I would suggest anyone go there instead.

Finchampstead One Stop provides such a poor and unfriendly service every single time!! Today was at its peak so I couldn?t stop myself from giving a bad review. I went for parcel shop packageless return of Amazon product. At first he says he does not have packaging as they don?t send it and then he tells the label wouldn?t print properly and the scanner don?t scan it well. So I tell the man to fix this problem with parcel shop as such problems often exist. The man at the till says ?it is not my problem and I don?t want to deal with you. Next customer please?. So, I had to go to Barkham post office who did my return effortlessly. Every time, I am guided to go there by parcel shop app as it is close by to me but they end up giving some excuse about the parcel shop return). Why are they even participating in the parcel shop return program if they can?t deal with parcel shop or provide proper customer service ?!!! I have never seen such a bad service in any other stores near by.

The Woman behind the till is RUDE & UNWELCOMING! Does the Amazon paperless service ever work in that place?!!! Good service means repeat business. That's 3 times now and I won't be going back! Not that she'll be bothered.

Lady behind the counter (Lathia) was exceptionally rude and unhelpful towards my son. Just because he's a teenager, does not mean he is a 2nd class citizen. Perhaps some customer service training is needed.

Everytime I go in there. Latha is very rude and has no actual commutation skills. I keep showing her my id and everytime she's fine with it 1 day I don't have it I get declined. I get shouted at from her when I said I showed you it yesterday. Do not go in there she is rude and arrogant

I had £5 cashback added to my bill without asking for it and then only when I questioned the amount after I had been asked to swipe my card and not provided a receipt did I find out that I was having charges added to my bill without requesting them.. I was then hurriedly given £5 cash from the till when I asked for a refund... very unprofessional and untrustworthy

I never expect this from tesco but i face in this shop when i was there for my shopping i fill my basket and go to the till but nobody was there on till i try to look around on whole shop floor but, nobody was there after 5 min one old lady came with one man from staff door they are talking in some other language and lauging with each other there are we 4 coustmer waiting for them but they no worry about it disgusting, after that the man without hair on head serve me with talking on a mobile phone with someone in different language.

Claims to be open until 22:00, got there at 20:55 and it was closed. Don't lie about your opening times, complete waste of a journey.
