Not great. Food was a bit cold and portion sizes weren't great, usually I would expect better from Nandos, but this branch hadn't quite cracked it.

Nando's Wokingham offers a really enjoyable dining experience in a buzzing, vibrant and clean environment. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care, they were attentive without being intrusive. The food was mostly delicious; the chicken was cooked perfectly, succulent and full of flavour. There was one small hiccup: the chips initially arrived cold.
However, our waiter immediately apologised and returned with a fresh, piping-hot portion, displaying impressive speed and efficiency. Because of the responsiveness to this minor problem, the overall dining experience was very positive. The combination of delicious food (especially that peri-peri chicken!), a great atmosphere, and outstanding staff makes Nando's Wokingham a winner, and somewhere we will visit again.

We don't visit often but enjoy the food when we do. The last visit was on a Friday early evening and the wait was over an hour to seat 6 of us, booking didnt seem to make that much difference as those that had booked, those were given over 30mins further to wait as they arrived. Service once we were seated was excellent.

I was highly disappointed with our food tonight. I found a red coloured hair in my piece of chicken. Usually it?s really juicy and bigger portions. It arrived cold and did disappoint the family. We used Deliveroo but feel our experiences eating at the restaurants was far better quality food.

Great as always! And the frozen yoghurt machine worked! In 8 years of going to nandos I?ve never seen it working!! Was really good!!

Generally, always have a good meal here. Order various things between my wife, son and I and we really enjoy it. Food comes quickly and taste great! Have put 4 stars as for the first time in Nandos, my wife had to send her chicken pitta back as was cold and cheese hadn't melted but staff were happy to replace. Overall 4 stars but normally 5!
