First in the queue at 8:30
35 minutes to put 2 boxes of pills in a brown paper bag...
4 staff hidden behind a partition who occasionally looked to see the queue and serve them.
No sense of customer care or service.

I have been waiting half and hour for the pharmacist to try and deal with my prescription. There are 5 (if not more) staff working. They do not seem to care that I am waiting and there are other people in the queue. Rubbish customer care. Really slow service. Staff seem to be just chatting and doing very little. This pharmacy needs a new manager who can encourage more efficiency and better customer service.

I really thought that one the Winnersh pharmacy reopened that things would get better at woosehill but no. I just went to get my medication, I was waiting along time before a man came back to me and said it?s not ready come back at 5 or tomorrow, I asked when it came over from the doctors he said yesterday morning, I don?t get why it takes so long to do anyone prescriptions, the shelves were empty and staff just standing around laughing about loosing staff. So if I went to the doctors and they sent over a prescription would I have to wait 3 days for it ? Also just had cancer treatment not feeling great so really not happy that it wasn?t ready or at least told to wait 10 mins as always.

Very slow and inefficient service. I'm a patient and understanding person but two separate visits over two days and a total in-store waiting time of well over an hour for a single repeat prescription is ridiculous.

Terrible service nearly one hour to get the prescription filled never carry enough medicine so then you have to make a return visit. This is not functional as a pharmacy and needs to be very quickly addressed. Service awful

Slowest staff in the world, genuinely seems like they don't care that over 10 people are in the queue. Just plodding about and making no effort to serve people quickly. I had to leave and come back an hour later, the queue was still huge and it took 30 minutes to be served. There were elderly people in the queue having to stand for all this time. There are signs excusing the delay due to holiday and staff illness that have been up for weeks if not months. Absolutely appalling

A very busy and at times overworked practice, but staff can be very helpful when you engage with them.
The pharmacist went out of his way to provide a drug currently in short supply. Good service should have its reward, so 5 Stars in given in gratitude.

I was completely out of medication and the pharmacist refused to let us have any supply as he said he keeps it for his customers but could get it the next day, when I asked could you not just give one nights supply as you close in 15mins and then supply the rest tomorrow and put the 3 tablets back from his supply, and the answer was No. Thanks really helpful. Will never use this pharmacy terrible care policy

Great pharmacy and has always had products in stock when I needed them, prescription and over the counter.However there is normally a slight delay but staff are very friendly so makes it worth while. ??

I hate to say it but the Pharmacy hasn't been very helpful lately. Whenever I order medicines for my wife, she receives a notification on the same email address I've provided for the entire family. However, when I order medicines for myself or the kids, I don't get any notification. How is this even possible?On many occasions I'd written down my email address and handed it over to the staff but they fail to update their system for some reason. Super frustrating!!

Special mention for Pauline who showed outstanding customer service. Really went above and beyond to help me get my item on time , keeping me updated and chasing, so I wouldnt be left without. Thanks so much for your great service, will definitely use this pharmacy more regularly now.
