Working with Lily Jones was brilliant.
And the 5 star review was for the service levels from Lily, Helena and others at Michael Hardy during our tenancy.
We were unlucky during our tenancy to not have the best house with lots of heating issues and we had a house inspection every 3 months as a request from the landlord - so felt like this was not a home at all but a temporary accommodation that we were lucky to be in and needed to be reminded often we were living in someone else house...
That was very un appreciated and if this review was for the property and landlord - we would give a 2 stars (at a push). However that is not Michael Hardy's fault and we understand that they did all they could to resolve the heating issues etc.
Michael Hardy's were fair, open, honest and prompt with their dealings with us and we would use them again should the need arise.

Highly recommended, a professional and friendly team. I now live in a different part of the country and put the sale of my house in Wokingham in the hands of Micheal Hardy. They kept me fully informed about everything along the way and went out of their way to check on the house, which was unoccupied. The sale from start to finish went seamlessly. Michael Hardy were the sellers agents in my case. All of the team members were easy to speak to and at times helped speed up the sale when it became a bit stagnant in the legal and conveyancing part of the process. I collected my keys from Barnaby who was really nice. My dealings have been positive and i would certainly consider them to handle any future sales needs that i have.

When I returned to the UK two years ago, finding a rental apartment quickly was paramount to ensure my daughter could start school on time.
The ladies at Michael Hardy were a lifesaver ? professional, empathetic, and remarkably quick! They transformed what could have been a very stressful period into a manageable, clockwork-smooth process that continued flawlessly throughout my tenancy.
Recently, the stressful process of vacating the apartment arose. Helena handled this with empathy and professionalism, making a monumental stress feel significantly lighter.
Following that, Lily Jones managed the check-out process, responding to all my emails promptly and proving herself to be truly lovely to deal with.

We would like to thank Neal MacKenzie and Sarah Ankerson for helping us buy our forever home . They were a few complications but they stayed patient and professional. These two were the gorilla glue in this sale, that stopped everything from falling apart. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Now you can tell you partners, that the crazy lady has exchanged, so no more daily calls from her. They were very professional throughout. Did a good job of marketing the property and got plenty of people to come and view it. Gave us good feedback after every viewing which ultimately lead us to a successful sale within a reasonable timeframe.
