Whilst Faye was absolutely wonderful during the viewing, Rosemary at your office was completely dismissive and downright rude. She was not interested in discussing the property but rather just wanted the offer amount. This attitude together with reviews of how your tenants are treated tells us to stay away.

Well, it all went downhill. The WORST management agents I?ve ever dealt with. I recommend avoiding ANY lease that they are handling, it?s not worth the hassle to deal with a terrible and corrupt group of people.Despite moving out of a place in September due to a divorce, and getting my name taken off the tenancy agreement (all the while they delayed refunding me the deposit while earning as much interest for themselves as possible), they are chasing me up for the last months? rent that my ex-wife should be paying. I don?t even know what arrangement they have due to limited contact, yet somehow I am being asked to pay?Absolutely corrupt. AVOID

I have rented a property with Martin and Co in Wokingham for the past 2 years and have recently decided to hand it back and live with friends to save to buy.The experience I had with Martin and Co was superb, I predominantly liaised with Rosemary who was courteous from the start and she treated me almost like a friend throughout my tenancy and through the handing back process, her colleagues are lovely also.I rarely had any need to call the agents but when I did they bent over backwards to accommodate any requirements that I had and they were thoroughly communicative and courteous. The process of selling my house with Erica and her team was the best experience I've ever had with Estate Agents. The best for me was the honesty with which I was dealt with from start to finish. I was never pressured and my choices were always respected ... so rare today. Eleanor always went out of her way to give exceptional care and no detail was too much trouble for her. In my experience Martins are by far the best letting agents in Wokingham. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they really try to make sure you are satisfied and genuinely endeavour to make the letting process as easy as possible.

DO NOT GO with Martin and CO! I was with Martin and Co (renting) for 2 years. I had maintenence ignored to the extent of a bedroom being inhabitable during winter months as it had a broken window on moving in!! For 2 years the window was left broken, with email receipts to show they were aware from day one! A severe lack of comparison and care was apparent during the entire of my tenancy, even after making them aware I was medically vulnerable (confirmed by the NHS). I lost a lot of my savings having to deal with these people... make sure you don't too.

Martin and Co Wokingham have been managing properties for me for about 10 years, they have always been very professional and personable, reliable and competitive. l have been very pleased with Erica and her team, l live overseas and rely heavily on Martin and Co to ensure the properties are up to standard, looked after and both parties are happy. Would certainly recommend them, good job ?.

Martin and co have been very helpful during my stressful move period. I have contacted them multiple times with questions and Rosemary didn?t ever get frustrated by this. I even requested to move in early than I signed for and they redid all paperwork for me so that this can go ahead. They really put customer first and I wouldn?t go anywhere else if I were to look to move again.

Went into the office to meet the team and ask a few questions I had. The whole team were lovely and it felt like a great atmosphere to be in. The team were very knowledgeable and not like other estate agents. Would totally recommend.
