We were lucky that Mark was selling the property we wanted to buy. I?ve worked with a lot of estate agents and never have I seen someone so naturally build affinity with us as buyers and indeed with such an in depth knowledge of the area. We never intend to sell but if we do we?d use Mark in a heart beat.

Second to none! The service provided by Declan at Mark Rath has been outstanding! During a period of uncertainty in the market with the cost of living, hikes of mortgage rates and general uncertainty in the market, we have felt truly supported and looked after by Declan. He has gone above and beyond to reassure us and help us through multiple periods of uncertainty due to chains collapsing. It all ended up well in the end, as we are now in a fantastic new house and we couldn?t have made it without Declan and Mark. We couldn?t recommend them enough and are forever grateful!

I have to say that Mark, Declan, and Lesley Rath run the best property sales / letting business I have worked with in 30 years of buying selling and renting. I bought from them 3 years ago a house which they rented out for me, then I sold the ?family home? in the last 6 months - possibly the worst time to sell (?) but Mark managed the process, and our emotions, ever so well. Mark is a mature operator - has seen it all before - so in our moments of stress was able to manage us back from the edge - always with a dry sense of humour and humility. The Rath?s get the job done. Simple. If you want to work with someone you will enjoy working with, who knows when to fire the shots, I couldn?t recommend them more.

We have had Mark Rath Residential as our "lettings agent" for just over 4 years. From start to finish, they've been great to deal with. A friendly, family orientated team who have always been super responsive to our needs and worked with us and our landlords to find fair resolutions promptly.
