Went in expecting to buy a new tyre as it would not inflate. The technician took a look, and got air in using their air gun. Told me that the garage ones would not work on the wheel that I needed to inflate due to the valve thread being too short. Very helpful and offered support in the future

I've been everywhere... US, Italy, Portugal, but I cannot remember a better service than Kwik Fit in Wokingham. The customer service's INCREDIBLE and I can't describe a better service.
10/10 I'd recommend to anyone.

It seems I was quoted £170 for a new tire, as they said the original could not be repaired. Fortunately, the tire had to be ordered, so I sought a second opinion and had it fixed for £15 at another establishment. Furthermore, the tire quoted at £170 is available online, fitted, for £120.
It is rather unfortunate, as the last time I used their services, a different employee provided excellent service.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your Wokingham branch on Saturday, 24th May, for a tyre check appointment.
Upon arrival, I informed the staff that I suspected a slow puncture. After an inspection, I was told there was a nail in my front right tyre and that it could not be repaired due to wear and tear on the sidewalls?allegedly caused by driving on it too long. I was advised that the tyre would need replacing, and further told that the left tyre was also in poor condition and should be replaced as well.
I was immediately doubtful of this assessment. All four of my tyres had recently been checked and deemed in excellent condition during a full service just two weeks prior. To get a second opinion, I visited Protyre?a professional and trusted company I?ve used before.
Protyre confirmed that the tyre in question was perfectly repairable and that the remaining tyres were in good condition. I had already pre-purchased tyres through them, but they refunded me entirely, saying there was no need for replacements. Instead, they carried out a safe and effective repair for just £35?saving me over £200.
Their honesty and professionalism were a stark contrast to the experience I had at your branch. I am disappointed by what appears to be either poor judgement or a lack of transparency during my visit however as this is the 2nd time this has happened i have lost all trust and faith in your company and staff, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve the level of service provided to customers in the future.

Following a conversation with a member of management at Kwik Fit back in May, who implied that the work I carried out at Protyre may have been unlawful, He recommended i got my tyres checked. I decided to book an appointment a few months later at a completely random Kwik Fit branch in Wembley to prove a point (VS the manager booking me in where he saw fit). I received a free tyre check (reason i'm driving to Scotland), and interestingly, I was told that all my tyres are in good condition. No replacements were needed?just a bit of air.
I think this proves my point about Kwik Fit Wokingham

Never visit again. First informed two tyres needs to be changed due to thread exposure which is bit of unusual as it has just passed MOT 2 weeks back.
Then, I have been quoted for two Continental tyres but fitted cheaper Brigstone tyres. For an interim service which is supposed to be £275 ended by paying £678.
Updated on 15july : After filling up the form almost two months later no one has contacted myself from Kwik Fit. Such disappointment.

I had to pay almost triple the amount (£140.85) I got quoted (~£49) for an engine oil change. When asked, the manager was very argumentative and not apologetic. All I wanted to understand is, why did they quote me very low for a straight forward work if what I paid is the correct amount but he was very rude.

Came in to get the exhaust checked on a VW Polo, as it was very loud. The problem was identified and sorted immediately, and the staff were very helpful and friendly! Thank you!

Booked an air con regas online for this branch, very unhelpful staff member on reception said he couldn?t do the job today. I asked for a refund then as he couldn?t do it and told me to phone customer service to get one. Complete waste of an afternoon!

My wife was informed my tracking needed doing at an additional cost of over £100 by Wokingham branch after fitting 4 new tyres. She left as it was late on Friday and I took it to Kwikfit Slough on Monday only to be told my tracking was fine and no adjustments were necessary. Funny how my wife was quoted over £100 yet I was told it was fine. Felt like my wife was seen as an easy target for an extra £100!!

What a nice bunch of guys. Polite and courteous even when I had an issue with the lease company. Very patient whilst I sorted out.
