Popped in to buy an item and noticed that they were marked up as 3 for 2. I proceeded to buy 3 but when I got my receipt I hadn't received the offer. When I pointed this out to the cashier he grinned smugly, sneered "Oh well, they're cheap enough anyway." and turned to serve another customer.
Disgraceful, unprofessional service.

Not my fav H&B to visit but is my local one and gets the job done. Could maybe benefit from a facelift with a broader selection like some of the other H&Bs
