Had a fantastic experience at Hamlet in Wokingham town centre! The ambiance is wonderful, but what truly made our visit exceptional was Cassie. She is the absolute star of this place, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Her friendly, attentive service made me feel right at home. It?s rare to find such a personal touch nowadays, and thanks to Cassie, I will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend Hamlet for a great time!

We held a party event at Hamlet and it was first rate - it?s a brilliant place, that worked well for a sit down meal and then drinks and dancing. The food is fantastic (especially the Korean chicken, squid and treacle cured salmon!). Cocktails delicious and well mixed, and the staff couldn?t have been better - excellent service all round from Rob and his team. Highly recommended for top class food, drink and atmosphere quality in Wokingham!

Great location, good selection on menu, small and bigger, I had the full English which was really good and not massive. Breads are tasty. Service was really good!

I was tasked with finding a restaurant in Wokingham for our party of 14. We are not local but after visiting Hamlet?s website I thought it sounded perfect with its ethos on local produce etc.
It was a great decision, food was out of this world and the service was amazing. Everyone in our group loved it, trust me, if any one of them could fault it they would have let me know as I organised it!
Would 100% recommend
Vegetarian options: I?m not a vegetarian but we had vegetarians on our party and they were happy with the options they had and how tasty the food was!

I recently dined at Hamlet for dinner, and had the most wonderful time. The food was packed with flavour, and the service was incredible. The staff really put lots of effort in to ensure we had the best possible meal and service. From the bread and olives, to the sticky chicken, to the roast chicken to the rhubarb crumble - everything was amazing. Highly recommend.

Loads of choices for celiacs. ( gluten free) including GF beer.
Fantastic lunch today. I recommend booking to avoid disappointment. You don't want to miss this place. Love it!!

We've just moved to Wokingham from London and looking for a good brunch spot. Very disappointed with price of veggie/vegan options here - Toast+mushrooms +spinach+tomato+beans+vegan sausage=£17.50. It's the same price as the veggie breakfast which has an additional item (egg) added :/ and only 50p cheaper than the very meat heavy breakfast that has all of the same veg anyway.
This is way more expensive than central London.

Hamlet is a gem in Wokingham! We have been there many times for dinner and drinks. They put a lot of effort choosing excellent quality ingredients from local and small artisans, including local wine. Their dishes are also unique and delicious. We have also joined the Chef's Table once - a fantastic foodie experience of several courses paired with great wines. And you can even buy vouchers for this and give as a gift! Certainly a place where you want to go more than once, truly recommended.

Had to go and ask if it was waiter service - was told they would send someone over. The girl who took our order for 2 BACON SANDWICHES and 1 FRIED EGG Screwed up and bought us 3 fried egg sandwiches. Coffee was OK but place was was almost empty and wont be going again!

We love coming here - a great little place for coffee or a meal. Caters well for those with food allergies too. Coffee is lovely and their light bites are delicious!
