Shocking service! Took car to Auto-centre for a full service including oil change and MOT. After collecting the car, oil warning came on saying urgently need to stop and top up oil. Turns out they never put the oil back in after doing the first part of emptying it! Could have blown up the car. Never going there again. How can you forget to put the oil back? Had to urgently go supermarket and buy a bottle before engine blew! Took back today and claiming they did, and must be leaking. Checked car and can?t explain the leak so clearly didn?t fill it back up! This was the manager that worked on our car too!!

Very happy with the services provided on my last appointment, to have my car serviced and MOT'ed. Kept informed all the time, and asked to approve any work needed to be done.

Good professional service. There was an issue post disk replacement but this was sorted. Issues can arise during any delivery of servie; its the manner and style with which they are fixed which marks out a good organisation. Halfords Wokinghm is Excellent in this regards.

Very impressed, went for a spring 10 point vehicle check (worth £15, but you can join Halfords Motoring Club for free and get one free check a year), the guys there were really friendly and polite and went out of their way to look after their customers. Will definitely go back to get the work I need done.

I took my car to Halford for a repair and I got a quote for the part. I got a call the next day that the park isn't working that I have to pay double for another automated part. I contacted Euro Car part for the model and they confirmed that there is no other model for the car other than the one they claimed is not working. I refused to pay double and they refused me to bring my own part. I towed the car away to another workshop who fixed the car with the same model they rejected at a far lesser price. Bad experience ever! never going back or recommending....

These 1-star reviews keep customer service very busy, responding, but customers' complaints remain similar.
The garage failed to pick up my car as scheduled for an oil service with no notice. When I called, I was told their pick-up vehicle was "broken." They informed me that they probably wouldn?t complete the work anyway, as they doubted fleet authorization would come through in time. After a previous no show from a Halfords Garage, I was determined to get the service done; after all, it was booked for that day. I drove the car there myself and pre agreed an immediate authorisation from my fleet.
When I arrived, Dan at the reception refused to request fleet authorization while I waited, citing reasons such as a lunch break and a lack of staff available to check the mileage and the message on the dashboard.To the visible surprise of the staff member sitting next to him. I challenged this and offered to provide the mileage myself since it was just an oil change, but the receptionist called me ?difficult? and threatened that if I ?continued like this,? he'd cancel my booking.
I left!
