Ordered on-line a set meal for 3 a week last Saturday for collection at 19.30, arrived at 19.30 (as instructed by their follow up email) hadn't even started cooking the meal, eventually collected and walked home, the order should have included 3 spring rolls, only 1, the special chop suey had a couple of dry prawns, special fried rice was swimming in grease with a prawn, chicken in lemon was stone cold, the rest of the meal was tasteless and salty. Returned the whole lot the following day and asked for a refund, wasn't able to get one, owner of the business was in France (all right for some) talked to owner, said he would issue one, still haven't received it..... this used to be one of the best Chinese takeaway's in Wokingham, now.... the worst, I had to give them 1 star to leave a review, wouldn't give them any stars for anything.... TOTALLY WOEFUL !!!!!

Just eat delivery guy acknowledged me. After he left still no service so rang bell and had to wait again.I complained politely when someone finally came to counter. After processing ordee Staff member told me he didn't care and if I wasn't happy I could go elsewhere!! I will the next time

Ordered at 5pm online for a 7.15 pick up, lady just told me it was not ready when I arrived and to wait. I waited in the store for 30 minutes. Awful

Ordered from deliveroo received my order the chicken to 2 parts of my order was not cooked. I called up and they redelivered went to eat them again and they still weren't cooked pink and raw.. revolting.

First time ordering and wasn?t disappointed. Food was delicious and was the best Chinese takeaway we have had in a while! Definitely be ordering again !

Unimpressed with our food order today.1.Tai special fried rice was alright2. Special chow mein?ok..not enough though3. Spicy ribs appetiser..great4. Satay chicken - good5. Chicken with cashew nuts - ok6. Szechuan chicken - bland and watery. Really poor.7. Crispy chilli beef - couldn?t taste or see any beef - just batter -yukNo freebies included even though order was £50. Usually expect prawn crackers?Will not be ordering from Haka again

Expensive and ok food not a lot of flavour sadly so wanted to .try different meals. They tell you to order online even though in the shop.Walked and took my money elsewhere.

Used to be great but the food has been on the decline for a while now. Last nights food was very poor. Got pork instead of chicken chow mein. All very salty and pretty tasteless. Having to order online when you?re actually on the premises is ridiculous. Such poor customer service.

Another fantastic meal delivered by Haka Wokingham. We had Spring rolls starter, Nine season prawns, Beef in basil, Chicken with mounge tout and singapore noodles. I pre ordered on line the day before so you can be sure of getting it delivered at the time you want. We always serve it in serving bowls on a tale heat tray, it was fantastic. Thank you Haka :))

One of the worst Chinese?s I?ve ever had.. the crispy chilli beef didn?t have beef in.. explain that one?! Egg fried rice bland, along with the dry spring rolls, partner got food poisoning from her dish.. AVOID!

I went to their place yesterday to get dinner to go. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes without receiving any service.Then, a woman emerged from the kitchen and told me, 'My boss doesn't pay me to serve customers here. The phone number and website are on the wall; you can place your order there.'I found this situation absurd and decided to leave, opting to eat at a different restaurant instead.

Walked in to order food and was told to phone or use the website, despite me being in front of the till area. Instead I went to the other Chinese takeaway just around the corner, which is clearly very popular as it had a queue of customers compared to empty Haka.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility - a step up into the shop, with broken/wobbly floor tiling.

Ordered a meal went next door for pint went back in to collect, was ignored for 20 minutes after ringing bell for attention to no avail , eventually spoke to someone asked for my meal told don?t know where it is asked for a refund I was told to ring, I did after another 5 minutes I received my refund so bad service.More interested in just eat and Uber orders won?t ever go there again.

Have always been happy with the food and delivery service, however on this occasion the delivery time was shocking, time quoted was 40 mins, took 1.5 hours to get here. Would not answer the phone to take a phone order from my elderly mother so we had to order online. Took several attempts to get through on the phone to chase the order. once through was told it was on the way and then hung up before confirming time of collection. I had to call back 6 times before they answered. Only had 1 driver on call!! Very disappointing experience. A special family occasion on a Tuesday evening and not sitting down to eat until 20:45.
