What a bunch of superstars! I think over the course of the house sale I spoke to almost everyone in the branch but extra special mentions to Lewie and Harmony for all their efforts. Lewie was our main contact and despite the process taking a long time (for various reasons and no-one's fault) he didn't waiver in his determination and dedication to getting the house sold. I felt that they genuinely cared, and have no hesitation in highly recommending them! Thanks guys.

We have been to many viewings with David Cliff agents over a 3 year period. We found all the staff to be friendly and polite. We eventually were lucky enough to find a property through them and are very pleased with our purchase. They assisted us with all our questions during the buying process which was very helpful as we were first time buyers. Harmony and Lyndsey were great. Thank you so much. We also loved the beautiful flowers we received on completion. The few issues we had were discussed with the agency directly.

We completed the purchase of our new house just before Christmas, which could have been much more stressful given that it involved a same-day exchange and completion for both the property we were selling and the one we were buying. While I recognize that the agent primarily represents the vendor, as buyers, we found David Cliff to be exceptionally professional and considerate. This was particularly appreciated after experiencing a nightmare with the agent we used to sell our property. I wish our selling agent had been more like David Cliff, especially Harmony, Lyndsey & Lewie, who were all excellent. They were not pushy at all during the sale, and the entire process went smoothly.On the day of completion, we encountered a problem with a sink blockage. Harmony promptly interrupted her tasks to show us the property one last time, and we agreed to proceed with the completion on the condition that David Cliff would resolve the sink blockage and handle the payment. Fortunately, everything was taken care of swiftly, and the plumber came later that evening to fix the issue.While we don't anticipate moving from our current home for a few years, I wholeheartedly recommend Harmony and the team at David Cliff based on our positive experience.
